Specialty Training, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Darin Rell. As an Exercise Specialist at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation institute and the prior Fitness Director for Deaconess Medical Center, the core of the company has been focused on conditioning the body with proper form and conditioning. Specialty Training has been established as a leader in Personal Training, Post-Rehabilitation, and sport specific training programs for both adults and youth.

W E INCLUDE A COMPLETE TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION, AND UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL CIRCUIT CLASSES IN ADDITION TO THE STRATEGIC PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES. EVERY W ORKOUT IS DIFFERENT! YOU W ON’T HAVE TO RUN ON A TREADMILL OR USE ANY OTHER “CARDIO” EQUIPMENT AGAIN, UNLESS, OF COURSE, YOU WANT TO! THIS PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE AT BOTH OF OUR FACILITIES, AND YOU CAN STICK W ITH YOUR FAVORITE TRAINER OR SW ITCH IT UP AND SEE W HAT EACH ONE HAS TO OFFER! We have multiple training options for Collegiate, High School and Middle School athletes. All of our programs heavily emphasize proper technique as well as a focus on core stability and strength. Our athletes are required to go through a process of instruction before ever performing dynamic or explosive movements. Most athletes have an exaggerated dominant side, and we always begin every program with an emphasis on symmetric training. All of our programs have a purpose! What this means is every athlete is unique and has different physical and sport-specific needs. Together, we put together a training strategy that best fits their physical goals while peaking during their respective sports season. To do this we implement a year round program that takes into consideration Pre-Season, In-Season, Post-Season and Off-Season programming. While we do offer a summer “Youth Athletic Training Academy” we really emphasize all of our athletes participate in a year round training program that has a set monthly fee that includes unlimited access to our training staff.

With our gym membership you’ll have access to both of our Valley and Downtown locations. All members are supported by a professional training staff and will experience nothing but positive fitness comradery between staff and other members. We take care to never overcrowd the facilities with more members than can be comfortably accommodated to make sure your experience is a great one.
Corporate memberships are designed to help employers encourage their employees to live a more active lifestyle. Any business that has a minimum of 10 Employees receives a corporate discount of 20% on all of the services we offer. This includes Gym Memberships (Both Facilities) Queenax Circuits, Personal Training, Yoga, Boxing and Group Fitness/Training. Additionally, we offer VIP Workouts where employees train together with an Instructor / Coach.

We have two different locations in Spokane that each offer unique facilities. Our Downtown location offers 7000 square feet of useable space as well as a dedicated Group exercise and Yoga space. Our new Spokane Valley location has full indoor training facilities that can accommodate year-round indoor sports training.View Locations
